Return Policy – Sun Concept Store Bali

We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide store credit for eligible returns.

How to Request a Return

We only accept returns for faulty items, and we kindly require an unpacking video for verification.

To request a return:

  1. Email us at sunconceptbali@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and attach the unpacking video.

  3. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and further instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns must be shipped with a tracked shipping method at your own cost.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return doesn’t meet our conditions, the item will be sent back to you.

  • If your item is confirmed faulty, we’ll resolve it with a store credit or refund.

  • If your package is refused and returned to us, return shipping and any related fees will be deducted from your store credit.

Customs & Import Tax

For international returns, please note that Indonesian customs may charge import taxes. You will be responsible for any additional charges applied by customs upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Swimwear

  • Jewelry
