Shipping & Delivery – SUN Concept Bali
All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
For our customers convenience, we offer flat rate delivery charges as the following:
Zone 1 - Indonesia - Free , 1-3 working days
Zone 2 – Asia - $20 , 3 working days
Zone 3 – Australia/New Zealand -$30 , 5-7 working days
Zone 4 – USA - $40, 7 working days
Zone 5 - Europe - $40, 7 working days
Zone 6 - Rest of the world - $40, 14 working days

How Your Order Gets from Us to You
At SUN Concept Bali, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Orders will usually be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Indonesian public holidays.

Shipping and Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as Sun Concept Store Bali is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect information.
If your parcel is lost or delayed, the responsibility lies with the customer to lodge a claim directly with the shipping provider. We will assist where possible, but we are not liable for lost packages once they have been handed over to the courier service.
Return Policy – Sun Concept Store Bali
We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide store credit for eligible returns.
How to Request a Return
We only accept returns for faulty items, and we kindly require an unpacking video for verification.
To request a return:
1. Email us at sunconceptbali@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and attach the unpacking video.
3. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and further instructions.
Return Conditions
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be shipped with a tracked shipping method at your own cost.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return doesn’t meet our conditions, the item will be sent back to you.
- If your item is confirmed faulty, we’ll resolve it with a store credit or refund.
- If your package is refused and returned to us, return shipping and any related fees will be deducted from your store credit.
Customs & Import Tax
For international returns, please note that Indonesian customs may charge import taxes. You will be responsible for any additional charges applied by customs upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Swimwear

Order Processing
All orders are dispatched from our store located in Bali, Indonesia.
We aim to process and prepare your order within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be slightly extended during promotional periods or holiday seasons.
Import Taxes and Duties
Please be aware that import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
Sun Concept Store Bali is not liable for any additional charges incurred upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs authority to determine applicable fees before placing an order.
