We are dedicated to use the most natural products, and after carefully choosing a fabric to make these styles perfect - we ended up with the most comfy viscose mixed with spandex. This makes the styles very stretchy and flexible to fit many different body types!

Finding the perfect color while thinking of using natural products is not an easy quest - but after many tries we finally got our prime colors ready. We are very proud of our work and can now introduce you to the six carefully chosen and pretty colors for you.

For best results, we recommend dry cleaning this piece to preserve its shape, color, and fabric quality. However, it can also be gently hand washed at home in cold water using mild detergent. Do not wring or twist, lay flat to dry, cool iron if needed (use a pressing cloth). Treat it with care, and it’ll stay beautiful wear after wear.

Return Policy – Sun Concept Store Bali

We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide store credit for eligible returns.

How to Request a Return

We only accept returns for faulty items, and we kindly require an unpacking video for verification.

To request a return:

1. Email us at sunconceptbali@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and attach the unpacking video.
3. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and further instructions.

Return Conditions

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Returns must be shipped with a tracked shipping method at your own cost.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return doesn’t meet our conditions, the item will be sent back to you.
- If your item is confirmed faulty, we’ll resolve it with a store credit or refund.
- If your package is refused and returned to us, return shipping and any related fees will be deducted from your store credit.

Customs & Import Tax

For international returns, please note that Indonesian customs may charge import taxes. You will be responsible for any additional charges applied by customs upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

- Swimwear
